Frequently asked questions about full renovations
- How much does a full renovation cost on the Costa del Sol?
- It depends on size, specification and layout changes. As a broad guide, many mid-size homes fall between €40,000 and €120,000. Dekorama provides a fixed quote after a site visit and measurements.
- How long does a full renovation take?
- Typically 2 to 5 months depending on scope, permits and material lead times. Agreeing finishes and drawings before demolition reduces delays.
- Do you handle permits and the residents' association?
- Yes. We guide you on municipal licences where required and coordinate access, noise and working hours with the community.
- Do you only work in Benalmádena?
- No. Our showroom is in Benalmádena and we carry out projects in Marbella, Fuengirola, Estepona, Torremolinos and across the Costa del Sol.
